Developer-internship

Fast-track career for a Full-Stack Developer-intern with a problem-solving mind-set!

For our fast-growing team, we are searching for a Full-Stack Developer-intern driven by interest in developing amazing digital user experiences and with a passion for consulting our clients in the implementation. Are you on your last year of your studies and looking for a job that can be prolonged after your graduation? The internship-programme includes:

- Three-Four months of intense learning and education within Marketing loyalty and CRM systems;
- A unique opportunity to play a keyrole in a large sized project;

Requirements

- It is a must that you are currently enrolled on a degree in IT, programming, computer science, software development or similar background
- You have a passion in consulting and helping clients finding the right marketing solutions
- Good knowledge of relational databases 
- You have programming skills and experience working with data integrations between systems
- You have an analytical mind-set and the ability to keep an overview when working with complicated data
- You enjoy finding solid solutions for complicated challenges and have a proactive approach

Backend Developer

Experienced Java Backend Developer

As a Backend Developer at Cognitive you will create leading marketing technology solutions in our highly skilled and award-winning tech team.

As a Backend Developer we expect you to have a technical understanding, developer background and a consulting focus. It is important for us that you grasp the entire technical whole, to understand how the customer’s system will be used to achieve high quality in customer communication.  
You will be creating technical development plans, collaborating with the customer team and with colleagues.

Requirements 

- At least two years of Backend Development experience Java. We often use Spring framework, great if you have experience in using frameworks. We like Java and we think you do too.
- Data modeling – You can develop data models at different levels, from simple to complex depending on the need. You have a good understanding of how data is structured and an keen interest in working with large amounts of data. We like large amounts of data, almost as much as JavaScript.
- Integrations – Integration environments vary, and you have made integrations to different systems. We also often help to define integration methods together with our clients. Integrations, that’s probably what we like most though.

Preferable experience

- You worked with Digital marketing
- And have consultancy experience
- Know, what is E-Commerce
- Profy in XML, SOAP, REST, JSON

As a Solution Architect you will create leading marketing technology solutions in the best Adobe and Hybris team in the Nordics. 

As a Solution Architect we expect you to have a broad technical understanding, developer background, strong communication skills and a consulting focus. It is important for us that you grasp the entire technical whole, to understand how the customer’s system will be used to achieve high quality in customer communication.
You will be responsible for creating technical development plans, collaborating with the customer team and with colleagues. 

Requirements

- Extensive experience in products within Adobe Marketing Cloud
- Experience in drawing the complete solution architecture
- Experience in leading and coaching Developers in the implementation of projects
- Data modeling – You can develop data models at different levels, from simple to complex depending on the need. You have a excellent understanding of how data is structured and an keen interest in working with large amounts of data. We like large amounts of data, almost as much as JavaScript.

Frontend Developer

Frontend Developer

As a Frontend Developer you will create leading marketing technology solutions in our highly skilled and award-winning tech team. 

As a Frontend Developer we expect you to have a technical understanding, developer background and a consulting focus. It is important for us that you grasp the entire technical whole, to understand how the customer’s system will be used to achieve high quality in customer communication.
You will be creating technical development plans, collaborating with the customer team and with colleagues.

Requirements 

- At least 2 years of Frontend Development experience and Content Management System (CMS)
- Good knowledge in HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- You have been working with framework like jQuery and Bootstrap
- Experience in designing engaging and responsive websites.
- JavaScript – In this role we use server-side JavaScript, but if you have experience with JavaScript on the client side that is also valuable. We usually use vanilla JavaScript, but we also use framework, great if you have experience in building frameworks. We like JavaScript and we think you do too.

We are looking for a talented Customer Strategist for joining our team. As a Customer Strategist you will play a key role in driving Cognitive’s projects, which are unique and adapted to the customer’s situations and goals.

You will be part of our Strategy & Change team and create strategic development plans, collaborating with the client. As a Customer Strategist you are responsible for carrying out analysis and delivering results for our clients. Success in this position requires strong consultative and analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines. You are used to effectively present your results internally as well as externally. Our customer teams are cross-functional with system specialists, developers, strategists, creators and analysts.

The role

- You will, together with the customer team, collaboratively develop and execute strategic plans for our clients
Analysis of business challenges, define, propose and help implement agreed solutions in tandem with the client
Support Client Managers and Client Directors in the progress of our client projects
- Coach and lead Business Analysts and other co-workers
- Conduct creative workshops and presentations
- Independently plan and execute less extensive projects

Requirements

- BSc or MSc in Business, Industrial Engineering or other relevant advanced degree
- 3-5 years of experience working as a consultant or in a relevant position in a client organization, within areas such as Customer Experience, - --- - Marketing, CRM, Customer Loyalty, or equivalent
- Fluent in English 
- Strong analytical skills and ability to drive large amounts of data into action

Conceptual Copywriter

Conceptual Copywriter

We are looking for a Conceptual Copywriter to join our Creative & Dialogue team at Cognitive. You will play a key role developing the creative offer, which are unique and bespoke to the client’s situations and goals.

You will be part of our cross-functional team and you will influence changes in consumer behavior through ideas, creativity and the use of personalized communication. Our access to in-depth data about customer behavior opens up possibilities to engage and motivate the customer on a personal level.

We create successful concepts and campaigns, and by success we mean measurable business results that grow business and generate profit.

The role

- Collaborating with Art Directors to create innovative concepts and ideas and run them to finish
- Develop insights, from our Strategy and Change team, into exciting creative output.
- Write persuasive CRM copy to spark and maintain consumer interest.
- Play an active role in the idea generation phase.

Requirements 

- Formal education in Advertising Copywriting – Berghs, Miami Ad School or similar.
- The ability to write compelling copy and attention-grabbing headlines for a variety of clients, audiences and mediums.
- Experience in creating ideas that can be used across various platforms.
- Able to write fluid and natural scripts for film and moving image content.
- Fluent in English
